[ he... has to take the box, quietly opening it and checking its contents. it only makes Kaden's blush even more prominent as gentle pink lights start to blossom around him. ]

[ Sattsu stares at his feet, not sure what to do with his hands now that he's not holding on to the box with the chocolates he made for Kaden.

[ He doesn't know what exactly Kaden's response so far means, but at least he didn't react badly to it, he thinks. He thinks he'd notice that, but he can't be sure, considering how new he is with love and those kind of things. ]

[ Ah. So Kaden isn't in love with him too. At least, that's what he gathers from it. It would choke him up a bit if he were one to need breathing, but he accepts the hug instead.
It tears at his metaphorical heart a little bit, and it probably will do so more later, but that's okay. He's happy Kaden'd still want to be his friend even after this. He doesn't know how people usually react to being confessed to by someone they're not in love with in return after all, so this is... admittedly, a fairly okay reaction.
And he knows the chances of someone falling in love with a doll are pretty low. ]
